Platform Agreement

Welcome to AutoAidBahamas, an educational platform focused on social casino game development and programming education. By accessing our website at autoaidbahamas.com or participating in our learning programs, you agree to these terms.

Our platform provides educational content for aspiring game developers. We teach JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and various game development frameworks through hands-on projects and structured coursework. This is not gambling or real money gaming – we're here to build your programming skills.

These terms govern your relationship with our educational services. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our platform or enroll in our programs.

Educational Content and Services

AutoAidBahamas offers social casino game development education through online courses, workshops, and mentorship programs. Our autumn 2025 cohort begins September 16th, with winter intensive courses starting January 2026.

Important: Our games are social casino entertainment designed for educational purposes. No real money or prizes can be won. This is skill-based learning, not gambling.

Course materials include video tutorials, coding exercises, project templates, and community forum access. Students receive certificates upon successful completion, but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes or specific salary levels.

User Responsibilities and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in our programs. This age requirement ensures you can enter into this agreement legally and helps us maintain a mature learning environment.

Students are expected to dedicate approximately 8-12 hours per week to coursework. Missing more than three consecutive lessons may result in course removal without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

Course materials, video content, code templates, and educational resources remain the property of AutoAidBahamas. You receive a license to use these materials for personal learning during your enrollment period.

Projects you create during courses belong to you. However, we may showcase exceptional student work in our portfolio with your written permission. You retain full rights to any original code, game concepts, or creative assets you develop.

Don't redistribute our educational content, share login credentials, or resell course materials. This helps us keep the program sustainable and affordable for everyone.

Academic Integrity and Completion

We take academic integrity seriously. All assignments must represent your own work. You're welcome to collaborate with classmates on designated group projects, but individual assignments should be completed independently.

Plagiarism, copying code without attribution, or submitting someone else's work as your own will result in course removal. We use automated tools to check for copied content and maintain a database of previous submissions.

Certification requires completing 80% of assignments and passing the final project review. Extensions may be granted for documented emergencies.

Platform Usage and Conduct

Our learning management system hosts course content, discussion forums, and project submissions. You're responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct in all platform interactions.

We monitor forum activity and may remove posts that violate community guidelines. Repeated violations can result in platform suspension or course removal.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

AutoAidBahamas provides educational services to help you develop game development skills. We cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or income levels after course completion.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for course enrollment. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or technical issues beyond our control.

Course schedules, instructor availability, and curriculum content may change based on industry developments or unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide reasonable notice of any significant modifications.
